Appel Ford provides great service and fixes my vehicle within a timely manner. They are always very open and honest about the price and do their best to help me prevent future problems by providing me with information about my vehicle parts condition. I never feel pressured or like I’m being scammed. And every person I’ve encountered there is super friendly and helpful!
We took in a fire truck that was having fuel issues, the service department said it was a injector, they replaced it and broke a clamp on the turbo, then charged us for the clamp. We picked up the truck and barely made it through Chapel Hill and it broke down. We had to have Apple Ford tow it back and now they tell us 2 more injectors are bad and the fuel tank has issues with rust on the interior of a diesel tank. Now they are charging us for that also. We have a annual budget that we operate on and they keep adding to the cost of maintenance for that truck. Each repair we do, we have to get approval from our board of directors each time we have a new amount and they are getting frustrated. We will not be bringing our trucks back to Apple Ford for service, because their service tech's should have diagnosed it all at the beginning. We will either be taking it to College Station or another shop if we have anymore issues. With the repairs that needed to be done with the fire truck that they have there, some of the problems arose as they would repair what NEEDED to be repaired by their diagnosis and they are working diligently to get that truck back to us to put back in service. The service advisor, the service tech and the service manager are actually doing the job that is expected of them and beyond to get that fire truck back out to service the civilian s of Waller County. We recently moved into this area a couple of years ago after purchasing our 2014 Hyundai Sonata while living in Houston. We have used Appel Ford for service and warranty work, in addition been a recent customer of Quick Lane to purchase tires. Every visit has been a great experience. Stephanie our Service Advisor has been very professional, courteous and great at listening to our concerns and what service we needed. Lance and his team at Quick Lane did an excellent job on the tire installation and worked with the technician at Appel Ford to get my alignment done. Each time not only is the service done very well but delivered when promised. Because of the way we have been treated for service on a car not purchased from the dealer, I will be returning there to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks to the folks at Appel Ford.
